As Co-Founder and Actuary of Alliance Actuaries, Huihui specializes in providing actuarial consulting and back-office support exclusively for Third Party Administrators (TPAs). Her focus is on delivering precise, compliant, and strategic Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plan solutions while ensuring TPAs have the guidance and clarity they need to serve their clients with confidence.

With close to 20 years of hands-on experience in plan design, valuation, and compliance, she takes a proactive and collaborative approach, anticipating issues before they arise and working closely with TPAs to develop the best outcomes for each plan. Whether it’s refining funding strategies, navigating complex regulations, or explaining actuarial results, she believe in patient, thorough communication and true partnership.

Huihui is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Enrolled Actuary (EA), Fellow of Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), and Members of the Society of Enrolled Actuaries (MSEA).
